Our Spokane office is hiring both experienced and entry-level Transactional and Litigation Associates. Our mission is to build long-term partnerships with our clients by delivering thoughtful strategies and practical solutions that support their success.

Requirements
- For practicing associates, a minimum of two years of litigation and/or transactional experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work directly with clients.
- For our litigation position, experience in areas such as commercial and business litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, and contract disputes.
- For our transactional position, experience in areas such as commercial real estate transactions, business sales and acquisitions, corporate formation and structure, securities, and tax.
- A commitment to developing a strong, autonomous, and sustainable practice within the firm.
