Insurance Defense Attorney (Hybrid Remote – Philadelphia Office)

We are a well-established law firm seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing team in our Philadelphia office. This is a hybrid remote position offering flexibility while maintaining collaboration with our in-office team.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Active bar admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures in PA and NJ
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet annual billable hour requirements

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Develop case strategies and provide timely reporting
Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations as needed
