Busy law firm seeks a full-time Receptionist. The firm offers competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses, medical insurance coverage, and a 401(k) plan. This busy law firm has sixteen attorneys and approximately twelve staff members, and prides itself in maintaining a positive office culture and supportive work environment.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Answer/direct incoming calls
Interact with clients by telephone, email or in person
Greet clients and visitors
Schedule conference rooms
Set up conference rooms for meetings/hearings
Receive and sort all mail deliveries
Coordinate visitor arrivals with building staff
Scan/copy documents as requested
Entry of time/costs in billing system
Process payments
Arrange and set up catered breakfast/lunches
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, deal with others in a professional manner and independently problem solve
Computer skills should include thorough knowledge of all components of Microsoft Office
