At Glide Legal, associates will assist businesses with their most pressing issues, including acquisitions, corporate governance, structuring, intellectual property protection, contract drafting, litigation, and dispute resolution. We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in Arizona with 0–5 years of experience to join our fully remote team. What You’ll Do:
- Handle matters from start to finish with appropriate supervision and support
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transactions
- Research legal issues and draft analysis
- Represent clients in legal disputes, including preparing demand letters and negotiating settlements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000 depending on experience

Requirements
- 0–5 years of legal experience
- Active Arizona bar license in good standing
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Arizona residents preferred, but not required
