Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is committed to providing our clients high quality yet cost effective civil litigation services. From the inception of the firm in 1946, our highest priority has been service to our clients and we believe this is reflected by many companies having been clients of the firm for 40, 50, and 60 or more years. The firm offers litigators experienced in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith, special investigations and fraud, premises liability and construction litigation, products liability, automobile insurance and liability, commercial transportation, employment law, food, restaurant and retail liability defense, aviation law and subrogation.
The firm represents a variety of insurance carriers and insured and self-insured clients from our main office in Philadelphia as well as offices located in Allegheny County, Montgomery County and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and Marlton, New Jersey. From these locations, the firm routinely handles matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey although at the request of our clients, we frequently handle cases outside of those geographical areas.
