Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation & Business Law
The Mazza Law Group, P.C. | State College, PA
For seventy years, The Mazza Law Group, P.C. has demonstrated a commitment to
serving clients in State College and the surrounding community. The firm is
seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its State College office. This role
offers meaningful hands-on experience in civil litigation and business law,
including substantive case work, direct client interaction, and opportunities to build
practical skills in a supportive small-firm setting.
This is an in-person full-time position. We are looking for a strong writer,
researcher, problem-solver, and communicator who takes initiative, works
carefully, and is eager to contribute to high-quality client representation.
Position highlights:
- Substantive responsibility on litigation and business matters
- Direct client contact and involvement in matter strategy
- Civil litigation experience from case development through resolution
- Exposure to business, transactional, and advisory work

Qualifications: Candidates should have a J.D. and be admitted to the Pennsylvania
Bar, or be eligible for admission. Experience in civil litigation, business law,
clerkships, journal work, moot court, clinical practice, or other writing-intensive
legal experience is valued. Strong candidates who are newer to practice are
encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
